Winding Down

This semester has been one of the most difficult, but rewarding that I have experienced throughout my time in college. I was blessed to have Jennifer Willis- The Go To Teacher , as my mentor teacher at Oneco Elementary. I have learned so much from her and the passion she has for teaching is contagious.  I have learned so much from her and the overwhelming amount of work that is ahead of me as a first year teacher seems like it will be a bit more manageable after being in her classroom. Sadly, this week will be my last week teaching full time until I get hired, which hopefully, will be for the 2012-2013 school year. 

All about me!

To bring you up to speed on everything- first the name "Easy Peasy...Right?" this comes from one of the adorable little boys in my first grade class that I am interning for- when he given a task his response is always "easy peasy lemon squeezy" and so that will be my mantra as continue to work through all of the huge changes that will be taking place over the next few months in my life.


Next, I am currently in my level three (final) internship for elementary education WOOOOWHOOOOO! I am getting married this July, so I am currently planning my wedding, and then I will be moving across the county from Florida to Minnesota couple weeks after the wedding.
